To see these two men who claim to be servants of God fleecing the flock in such a manner is disturbing. This is an extreme example of the "Prosperity Gospel" of these end times. Some prosperity preachers are more subtile in their approach than these.
The example of the "Prosperity Gospel" in this video is not for the faint of heart. It is disgusting. Some threw money in hopes of "an annointing". I thought to myself how sad this must make our Lord to see His blessings "for sale". | |

Prosperity Redefined In The Life of the Believer
2 Timothy 3:1
“This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.”
Especially in the days ahead we are going to have to need to know what the true prosperity of God is. We are going into perilous times, as just stated in the Bible in the verse above in 2 Timothy.
What is prosperity? Is there or should there be a difference in how the world views success and the believer views success/prosperity? What should it mean when we hear that God wants us to be prosperous?
I truly believe that a loving God wants to bless His children during a time of chaos and calamity. His blessings are far superior and not designed just to make us wealthy. I do not believe that the end time church is getting the correct message. If we define prosperity as merely financial blessings or tangible goods or even “feelings” of well-being we will miss what Jesus has for His children in the end times. God cannot bless a twisted false doctrine that misrepresents who He is. He can only lovingly bring his errant children out of it when they turn around, listen to Him through prayerfully reading His Word and let the Holy Spirit lead them. The Bible says:
1 Timothy 6: 3-5
“If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness; He is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and strifes of words, whereof cometh envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings, Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself.”
I have an idea that this often preached message of prosperity that we are now getting in some of the church is not going to carry us through. I am concerned that those in the church who are buying into what is called “the prosperity gospel” are sitting complacently, propped upon a Western cultured throne. They are viewing the world through a rose-colored lens and shaded from the heat by fans of soon coming expected wealth. Many people have a desire to be rich or at least well off enough to never have to worry about their finances. This time in which we live is a time of grave uncertainty. Worldwide financial ruin is on the horizon in country after country. Even here in the United States many cannot seem to pull out of their financial problems. Those in the church are not exempt from these problems. Many of our brothers and sisters who truly love the Lord Jesus are also in dire need. The "prosperity gospel" is not the answer. Trusting Jesus is. Sometimes that is all we can do when we are going through a difficult trial. Sometimes it is the prayers and support of fellow believers that help us too.
There is a deep sense in my heart that the judgment of God on a sinful land is either very near or has already begun. A perilous future, based upon the results of the judgment of God on a nation where many have their back on Him, requires an overcoming church. That church has the only answer for the remedy of sin plus the spiritual weapons to fight the Enemy; and faith to believe God for the impossible. That is our real prosperity message. Our hope is found only in Jesus Christ and only He is our source for all things.
2 Peter 1: 3
“According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:”
However, in the church world a different message is sometimes being preached. It is the apostate message that we, the church, are meant to be rich and powerful. One day, say some, we will take dominion of the entire world.
The "prosperity gospel" is a fleshly, appealing message that requires little from us except a few of our dollars and a few "strokes" for the chosen few so that we might find favor of God. This message takes our eyes off of the cross and shifts our focus on gaining something. This idolatrous message is often void of true repentance from sin. The saving faith of Jesus Christ alone as the remedy for our sin is marginalized and overshadowed by promised “blessings” to the obedient. This message does not lead to the fruits of the Holy Spirit evidenced by a Godly lifestyle. With financial giving as its focus, it is a church message that requires little self-discipline in the life of the believer and promises everything to the giver. It is a church message designed to make promises it cannot keep to the struggling believer. It robs the believer of giving out of a pure heart: giving to help struggling believers everywhere or giving to reach a lost world to tell them about a God that died for them and wants to save them. We end up with a motive and goal that is not holy and is nowhere mentioned in scripture as the ultimate goal of every believer: to be rich in earthly things. We end up with a perverted gospel.
Mark 8: 36-37
“For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?” Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?”
Here enters the prosperity preacher with his mesmerizing message to an apostate church. He is one facet of this end time church that has been around for a while but is still being listened to and accepted by many. Some do not consider them a threat and even laugh at their antics. They appeal to some believers in our society because in America we equate wealth with blessings. They are products of these end times in which we live.
However, this is not what is to be a spiritual fruit of the last day church. Worldly financial gains should not be our spiritual goals, as promoted by "the properity gospel". In the last day men will exhibit an ungodly character. This covetous attitude was foretold as being a predominant part of the world in the coming days before the return of Jesus Christ:
2 Timothy 3: 2-5
“For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.”
Yes, a loving God wants to bless His children during a time of chaos and calamity, but these blessings are not the ones that we have been led to believe in. The days ahead will demand that we place our faith in Jesus Christ and Him alone. Our blessings may simply be the miraculous provision of God when there is not a human supply that we can see. It may be healing when we are sick and cannot obtain a doctor because there isn’t one available. It may be divine protection in times when natural or man-made disasters strike. It may come in the form of standing firm when our existence is threatened because of our faith. We may live to see a time when without the true blessings of God we will not make it at all. It may even be remaining steadfast when the outcome isn’t what we had prayed for.
Prosperity may be your belief in God no matter what and the ability to draw strength from Jesus Christ when others around have lost hope. In such a case, there may be those that want to know about the Source of your strength. They possibly would not care about your money because for those in need a new definition of prosperity would arise. In extreme situations, prosperity is defined as what the person has the greatest need for. The preparation we believers must make in our lives is predominately a spiritual one and not a financial one. Regardless of what we have need of, we have this promise of our loving Savior:
Phillipians 4: 19
"But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus."
So which gospel is it? Are believers, who give their all, going to become very “blessed/prosperous” (rich) because of their giving to different ministries? Are we going to see days of increasing prosperity and blessings as we give and give? This is a works based message and I don’t believe so. How can a works based message be the “formula”? OR are we going to literally experience God’s definition of the word “prosperous” to include supernatural provision both physically and spiritually? Could it be that we are not going to be unscathed by the world around us in the days ahead and that we may experience many of the same things as others? If so, we will need a revised definition of prosperity for the believer as we await the coming or our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ? Perhaps we will come to truly understand what real grace is as we watch Him work in our behalf. Consider what the Bible speaks about tribulation in these end times and weigh it against the prosperity message.
Matthew 24: 21
“For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.”
Perhaps, there is a need to change one’s personal definition of the word “blessed” to go beyond what can be seen with the human eye. I see my personal need as this: I must become armed with the power of God to believe in Him no matter what the cost. If I can serve God even if nothing I see in the world around me seems to be right, then I will feel I am truly prosperous. I am truly blessed if He keeps my soul safe and my walk with Him free from deception. I am blessed if my friends and loved ones are serving God and no one chooses to believe the lies promoted by the antichrist spirit that even is now working in our midst.
This is my final blessing:
Matthew 25: 21
"Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.”
That, my fellow believer, defines what prosperity is.

And begin to take again the things which belong to us. uh This sword of the Spirit‘s gonna take back the crafts, the gifts, the music….” Bob Jones says the sword of the Spirit is the keys to the kingdom and then sets forth what it is to accomplish.
The context of the actual Bible verses written in Ephesians 6: 13-17 is a list of the spiritual armor of a Christian. In contrast to Bob Jones, here is what the Bible says about the sword of the Spirit.
“…..the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.”

The winds of doctrinal change have catered to a new world order everywhere. In the video above, Bob Jones gave the Sword of the Spirit, the Word of God, a whole new meaning.
Reinventing the Sword of the Spirit
Doctrinal changes through unbiblical applications of the Bible have crept into the church body. Now groups calling themselves “Christian” are in theological error. People with good intentions have been seduced by these doctrines of devils (1Timothy 4: 1) Why has this happened? It has happened because people have deviated from the Word of God.They have laid aside the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. (Ephesians 6: 17). It remains the only offensive weapon against the onslaught of the Enemy. Each Christian has been admonished in the Bible not to be carried away with every wind of doctrine by deceitful men:
Ephesians 4:14
"That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;”
The universal one world religion movement is building a church fit for the False Prophet. This one world church in the making is also attempting to strip power from the unchanging Word of God. The apostate church is doing this by introducing a broad base of ideas, philosophies and holy writings from which all people can draw. Another way the spirit of antichrist wants to accomplish the task of building a one world church is by negating the importance of the Bible. By placing it beside other writings in importance, the emergent believer then is left with a book that is no more or no less important than any other holy book. In essence, by denying Jesus as the only way to be saved and promoting many paths, the world is being prepared for “a savior” of any kind, whatever name he may be called by. The "right path" for the believer will eventually become revealed.
It seems these new believers of the emergent kind cannot get enough information about these many different ideas of this rising kingdom being built on earth. This exciting new age is causing a great shift in much of the church world away from the truth of sound Biblical doctrine and toward a deception that promotes an all-inclusive faith void of the pure message of the cross. This new faith keeps growing with constant revelations and new “words”. This is what the Bible calls “fables”:
2 Timothy 2: 3-4
“For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.”
An important thing that bears repeating is that this deception allows other holy books to be worthy of equal esteem. On June 26, 2011, Christians, Muslims and Jews joined together in churches to worship the same god reading the Bible, the Quran and other sacred texts to celebrate their shared faith in one god. The following was said:
“Few things are more important for the future of our world than to respect, to honor, and to commit ourselves to the well-being of every person—to embrace a sense of humility before the vast mystery of God,” said National Cathedral Dean Sam Lloyd. “As Americans and as people of faith, we must use our great traditions to come together for mutual enrichment and understanding.” (humanrightsfirst.org)
Because of this allowance of others of different faiths in mututal worship, each individual claiming to be a Christian, who has always believed in the God of the Bible and the inerrancy of scripture, will notably make at least these two fatal decisions if they inadvertantly choose the road to deception.
The first decision a person will make is to deny what the Bible has said about itself in order to make room for other ideas. A person will need to deny the Bible alone is the inspired Word of God. He then will also need to deny that the Bible alone contains the instructions to perfect the Christian in their daily walk with God. Other Christian books and writings may correctly expound upon these established sacred Scriptures, but there is only one divinely inspired Word of God. You cannot consider the validity of other sacred texts. The Bible stands alone and says of itself:
2 Timothy 3: 16-17
“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness. That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.”
The second decision on the road to deception is this: one must open himself up to other possible paths to God This is done by adding to or subtracting from the already written Word of God. This would include considering the possibility that other writings are just as valid, especially if they contain scripture. This fatal decision will produce the judgment of a holy God.
Revelation 22: 18-19
“For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of the book, If any shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book. And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.”
Based upon these two ways stated, making changes to the Word of God, will result in seeing many deceived and will enable the coming of a one world church to fruition. To simplify it, we can think of it as a universal political and spiritual movement based upon the common needs of every human being.
The liberal arm of this forming one-world church, the Emergent Church, includes everyone regardless of their religion under the broad umbrella of a universal god. No one should be left out. In fact, you just may have a belief that we all would deem appropriate to spread love and understanding among all men. Whether you are Muslim, Buddhist, Hindu, New Ager, or any branch of any Christian-based religion, there is room for you. This idea for a one world church would use them all. It is a broad place based upon conversation and dialogue among all people. Christians also have a lot to offer, but you must leave your divisive doctrine of salvation through Jesus Christ alone at the door because there are many in this group that don’t believe that.
Looking at the Seven Mountain Mandate that I had just previously talked about in the last blog, one can see that it is also inclusive of everyone and leaves no one out. (Lance Wallnau stated just that, which I noted in that previous ETA blog!) It is their belief that one day each person will be a part of this new world and you must find your place in the grand scheme of things. Your place is in one of seven mountains. This arm of the new emerging one world church, part of the dominionist movement, may have begun with plans for revival all over the world. In essence, it now minimalizes the pure message of the cross by adding (through new prophetic revelations) and changing (new meaning to existing scripture) the context of the Bible. Their goal is also to take over the whole world. They desire to create one mighty political domain based on a one world religion.
In reading recent church history, it appears that some of the people involved with this Christian-based spiritual movement probably began with a real desire for the things of God. They had some type of basic understanding of the Bible but did not measure their ideas within the context of other scripture. In listening to different statements by those in the dominion movement and based upon what is stated in the Word of God, it appears that this branch of the apostate church went wrong by allowing errors through private interpretations outside of the contextual confines of sound doctrine:
2 Peter 1: 20-21
“Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.”
These two very different arms of the one world church are traveling in the same direction. Regardless which end of the spectrum the emergent believer follows, the end result will be the same. The individual will have joined the errant majority by complying with the dictates of the god they all collectively created for themselves. This new believer will be religious in his own way and he will fit into the one world church run by the False Prophet. It is because in some way he will have conditioned himself to believe a lie. He will worship the Antichrist whether the Antichrist is known to be a Christian, a Muslim, or a Jew. It will not matter because he will have thrown his doctrinal issues aside. For whatever personal reason he chooses, he will tell himself that it is okay and he will bow.
The Bible says:
2Thessalonians 2: 11-12
“… for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie. That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.”
It is my prayer that many who have gone astray and left the wonderful message of the cross, who have left their first love, will repent and return to this message of salvation found only in the unchanging Word of God. Jesus truly is the Only Way.

It is hard to write on a single topic these days. But just as I was about to post yesterday about the Southern Poverty Law Center's attack of the Tea Party and Usama Dakdok, calling him and them racists, here comes Barack Obama with his statements on the Middle East. Obama's comments about the Middle East show clearly his betrayal of Israel. His call for Israel to return to its pre-1967 Borders is the call for Israel to commit suicide.
In response to his meeting with Obama today, PM Netanyahu, spoke clearly to the American People. Israel will not agree to this death sentence by Obama. Thank God for his boldness! Pray for his safety. I fear for his life as he will be targeted by all the Muslim World. Obama is a Muslim! This is the explanation of his statements and actions. Nothing else explains them unless you want to think Obama is an idiot with fools for advisors. We know that is not true.
This is all part of a greater plan to destroy the Western way of life! Obama conveniently takes out Bin Laden just after he released his so called "real" Birth Certificate. The Bin Laden raid took place just one week later when people started asking "Why didn't he give us the correct one in the first place?" Or "Why does the Certificate Number shown on this latest Birth Certificate not follow the sequence prescribe by law?" Of course, when you deal with a proven liar, it is hard to know what to believe. So before the Birth Certificate could be seriously questioned, the raid took place on Bin Laden's Compound.
Then Obama, the hero, is able to declare Israel must return to pre-1967 borders because of his new standing as the one who brought Bin Laden down. I hope you can see the manipulation going on here. The timing of the raid was no accident. They knew of the possibility of Bin Laden being there long before. It was timed to move forward the power of Obama, remove the troubling Birth Certificate problem and to set up Obama's influence to push the Agenda of the Diplomatic Quartet to divide Israel and Jerusalem!
But I fear the manipulation is not just being orchestrated by the Obama Administration alone, but by a larger group including those outside America. The financial interests of the Globalist have no problem engineering the down fall of the American economy. The Muslim nations have their own economic organization, ECO, which was headed by Ahmadinejad until the end of 2010. Now Ahmadinejad will head the next OPEC meeting. He also has transferred missles to his good friend Hugo Chavez in Venezuela.
Do you see that the ultimate enemy of America, is the ultimate enemy of Israel? It is not a single man. But the power of the spirit of antichrist rising to rule the world. There are many who are following this spirit. Obama, Ahmadinejad, are only two. The Diplomatic Quartet wants a Palestinian State by September of 2011. Will this be the Antichrist Peace? Maybe or maybe not. But it will be a precusor of it. It will put the USA in the exact position of engineering this peace that I predicted in the first edition of my book, Mystery Babylon, the Great Defender of Israel. The latest edition with the updates since 2003 will be coming out soon. Pray for me as I complete the manuscript that it will be the right message of warning to the America Church.
